About
Nexen Kwai Hing pays homage to the renowned cargo terminal by incorporating repurposed freight containers, dolphin blue deck paint, and vintage bulkhead lamps to transform our first location in western Hong Kong into a shining beacon of modern, semi-industrial design. This 10,000 sq.ft establishment is a hotbed for designers and tech companies of various sizes, especially those drawn by premium, affordable workspace quality. Nexen Kwai Hing is also the first location to feature private water outlets in rooms to cater to enterprising artists.

House Rules
- All food and beverage waste should be properly disposed of in the black bin located in the fire exit stairwell for pest prevention and hygienic purposes.
- Please treat our equipment and furniture with proper care and respect. If you accidentally damage any equipment and/or fixtures, please report such damages promptly. Nexen reserves the right to pursue damages irrespective of reporting.
- Please report any shortage of supplies or malfunction of equipment to the onsite Location Manager.
- If you would like to request for a key card during your stay, a $100 deposit will be required and held until the key card is returned.
(Health & Safety Rules)
- Masks must be worn in public areas at all times. No exceptions.
- Please refrain from eating in the hot desk area and use the lounging areas with sofas instead.
Cancellation policy
Bookings can only be cancelled with a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the start time.
If the booking is cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time-slot, no refund will be given.
