Offensive Behavior
All noxious or offensive activity, which in the reasonable determination of the Hotel’s representatives or agents, tends to cause embarrassment, discomfort, nuisance or discrimination to persons using the common areas is prohibited. Person(s) causing the noxious or offensive activity will be asked to stop such activity immediately. If the noxious or offensive activity continues after being asked to stop, the Hotel’s representatives or agents will ask the offending person(s) to immediately leave “The Patio”.
Alcoholic Beverages
Intoxication is strictly prohibited. Alcoholic beverages may be brought into “The Patio” by individuals for community or group “BYOB” (bring your own beverage) events. However, selling and distributing alcoholic beverages except by licensed caterers is strictly prohibited. Alcohol may be served only to persons eighteen (18) years of age or older. Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) are prohibited from consuming alcohol on Harbour Bay Hotel - “The Patio” property.
Cancellation policy
Bookings can only be cancelled with a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the start time.
If the booking is cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time-slot, no refund will be given.
