Persyaratan Pemesanan :
Klien wajib melampirkan dokumen persyaratan yang diperlukan yaitu KTP PIC dan NPWP Perusahaan/Pribadi
Ruangan meeting baru dapat dipergunakan setelah konfirmasi reservasi oleh tim vOffice dan pembayaran telah lunas dibayar sesuai dengan batas waktu yang ditentukan
Penggunaan ruangan meeting diluar jam operasional normal Senin – Jumat jam 08.00 – 17.00 & Sabtu jam 08.00 -12.00 akan dikenakan tambahan biaya overtime. Informasi biaya overtime akan diinformasikan terpisah oleh tim vOffice
Peserta dihimbau untuk tetap menjaga kebersihan ruangan yang digunakan dan tidak menimbulkan kegaduhan yang dapat mengganggu kenyamanan klien lainnya.
Peserta dilarang memindahkan, merubah posisi atau mengubah bentuk property didalam ruangan meeting tanpa persetujuan dari vOffice
Dilarang merokok didalam ruangan meeting, atau di area vOffice dan area lain didalam Gedung lainnya dan di area lain didalam Gedung yang dilarang. vOffice berhak memberikan sanksi berupa teguran dan denda sebesar IDR10.000.000 kepada peserta meeting yang terbukti melanggar peraturan ini.
Seluruh peserta wajib mematuhi protokol Kesehatan selama meeting berlangsung dan selama berada di area vOffice :
- Menjaga jarak sesuai dengan tanda yang sudah disediakan
- Seluruh peserta diharuskan menggunakan masker selama berada didalam ruangan meeting dan area vOffice lainnya
- Menggunakan hand sanitizer setelah melakukan kontak fisik dengan orang lain atau setalah menyentuh benda atau permukaan apapun
- Peserta meeting dilarang untuk memasuki area vOffice apabila : menunjukkan gejala Covid-19, sedang sakit atau menunggu hasil test Covid -19, terbukti sedang positif mengidap Covid-19, pernah melakukan kontak fisik dengan orang lain yang positif mengidap Covid-19 dalam kurun waktu 14 hari
Booking Requirements:
It is a mandatory for the client to provide the following as the requirements : ID Card Copy (KTP, NPWP, Passport/KITAS), Corporate Tax ID
The meeting room can be used upon confirmation from vOffice team and after the payment being fully paid according to the specified time limit
Additional Overtime fee will be incurred for the usage of meeting room outside of our regular business hours which is from Monday – Friday at 8 AM – 5 PM & Saturday at 8 AM - 12 AM. The amount of overtime fee will be informed separately by vOffice team
All the meeting participants are advised to maintain the cleanliness of the room and not create noise that may cause inconvenience to other clients.
All the meeting participants are prohibited from moving, repositioning or changing the form of properties in the meeting room without the approval of vOffice
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the meeting room, or other areas of vOffice and inside the building. vOffice has the right to give sanctions in the form of a warning and a fine of IDR10.000.000 to the participants who are proven to have disobeyed the rule
All the meeting participants must follow the following health and safety protocol during the meeting and while being inside vOffice area :
Maintain physical distance according to the provided signs.
All the meeting participants must wear mask while being inside the meeting room and other vOffice area
Use hand sanitizer after being in physical contact with other people or after touching utensils and surfaces
Participants should not enter vOffice area if any of the following occurs : showing symptoms of possible infection of Covid-19, being sick or awaiting the result of Covid -19 test, tested positive for Covid-19, had close physical contact with other person confirmed to be infected with Covid-19 within 14 days
Kebijakan Pembatalan :
Apabila pembayaran belum dilakukan, klien dapat mengajukan pembatalan atau perubahan jadwal selambat – lambatnya 1x24 jam (jam kerja normal) dari jadwal yang sudah dikonfirmasi
Apabila pembayaran telah dilakukan, klien tidak dapat melakukan pembatalan penuh dan meminta pengembalian pembayaran dengan alasan apapun, namun diperbolehkan untuk melakukan perubahan jadwal selambat-lambatnya 2 x 24 jam kerja (hari kerja normal) sebelum jadwal yang sudah dikonfirmasi sebelumnya
Perubahan jadwal hanya dapat dilakukan 1x dan berlaku maximal 3 bulan dari jadwal meeting sebelumnya
Cancellation Policy :
If payment has not been made, cancellation or schedule changes are allowed to be made not later than 1x24 hours (normal working hours) from the confirmed schedule
If payment has been made, the client is not allowed to do cancellation and request a refund for any reasons, but allowed to make a schedule change not later than 2 x 24 hours (normal working hours) prior to the previous meeting scheduled that has been confirmed
Schedule change is allowed to be done 1x and valid for a maximum of 3 months from the previous meeting schedule
