Staytion House Rules

BE RESPECTFUL AND KIND
Staytion@Paya Lebar is a shared workplace, make sure to treat the space and other co-workers with respect and consideration. When leaving the premises, please make sure the space is in the same condition when you first arrive.
Harassment is not tolerated at Staytion. Every member and guest deserves to feel welcomed and comfortable in our space regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion or belief.
Keep conversations on the phone, with other co-workers to a reasonably low volume.
Refrain from using other members' items. Please feel free to approach our staff at the reception when you require any assistance.

YOUR BELONGINGS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Staytion will not be held responsible for any stolen, lost or damaged items. Please keep an eye on your personal belongings at all times and do not leave anything unattended. Do not leave anything behind when you leave, unless it’s A) in your private studio B) on your dedicated desk or C) in your private office.

CLEANLINESS
Members are expected to keep the desks and common areas clean. Please exercise your own responsibility and clear your trash/used cups in the bins provided before leaving the space.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
No illegal torrenting, piracy or downloading of prohibited materials.
Staytion will not be responsible for usage of any third-party data, websites, links or services.
Strictly no smoking on the premises.
No person under the legal age in the applicable jurisdiction shall consume alcohol in Staytion Spaces. Any persons who are of legal drinking age are to do so responsibly. You shall be responsible for ensuring compliance of this across all your members and guests.
No pets are allowed.

BE KEYSMART
You are entrusted with keys to the private studio, please keep it to yourself.
Any keys or cards should remain in our property at all times. Members must not make any copies of them or allow anyone else to use them without our consent. Any loss must be reported to us immediately. If held accountable, members have to bear the incurring cost of replacement of keys / cards.
If you are permitted to use Staytion’s facilities outside office hours, please lock the facilities after use.

USE OF FACILITIES
Common spaces are to be enjoyed across all of our member companies, members and guests unless otherwise instructed by us. All our spaces are for temporary usage and not for continuous, everyday work;
You will provide us with reasonable notice of and complete all required paperwork prior to hosting any event at the Premises;
You must only use the facilities for office purposes, and only for the business stated in your agreement or subsequently agreed upon with us. Usage of facilities for “retail”, “medical” or other nature purposes involving frequent visits by members of the public, are not permitted.
You must not install any furniture or office equipment, cabling, IT or telecom connections without our consent, which we may refuse at our absolute discretion. As a condition to our consent, you must permit us to oversee any installations (for example, IT or electrical systems) and to verify that such installations do not interfere with the use of the Facilities by other Users or us or any landlord of the building. Fees for installation and de-installation will be at your cost.
