Focus Room

- All renters are to follow strictly to the DANAMIC PTE LTD, House Rules stated herein (not exhaustive) and those that are communicated verbally or via any medium during the period of the renting.
- All fixtures that are bolted to the floor or wall are not to be dismantled or removed.
- Bulky or heavy furniture such as racks, shelves, cabinets and wired office equipment that will compromise safety or function or may break if mishandled, are not to be moved from its location.
- When using the pantry or toilet, kindly do not throw any solid materials or objects into the sink or toilet bowl, as these may causechoking of the pipes. Bag them properly and throw them in the trash bin found under the sink, or trash bag provided. Ask our Staff if any assistance is needed.
- When using the toiletries provided, kindly return non-expansible items such as towels and deodorant sprays back after use.
- No Smoking is allow within DANAMIC premises.
