Booking Requirements
The meeting room can be booked through the Deskimo app or website. We encourage users to book at least 48 hours ahead of the planned meeting schedule. After your booking is submitted, please wait until the booking is confirmed. When you arrive at the location, please show your booking confirmation to the front desk staff on site.
Cancellation policy
Bookings can only be cancelled with a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the start time.
If the booking is cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time-slot, no refund will be given.

Pay only for the time you use.
