You need to pay extra fees to use other amenities. Please approach the Community team at the front desk to purchase amenities.
The meeting room can be booked directly with us through email, call or TEC portal. We encourage members to book at least 48 hours ahead of the planned meeting schedule. After your booking is submitted, please wait until the booking is confirmed. When you arrive at the location, please show your booking confirmation to the front desk staff on site.
Bookings can only be cancelled with a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the start time.
If the booking is cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time-slot, no refund will be given.
