BITLAB

Users must clear the venue and leave within the predetermined time period. Rehearsal, venue preparation or clearance must be booked at the same time.

Users shall not directly or indirectly use the name of BITLAB to promote their activities, services or products without consent.

Unless prior written approval from BITLAB is obtained, users are not allowed to conduct any trading or money transactions on the venue.

BITLAB only provides the venue and its equipment for users to use. All other details and facilities related to the event are the responsibility of the organization. Before the event starts, a list of equipment must be submitted for approval.

BITLAB or BITLAB staff will not be responsible for any damage or loss of items carried by users or their participants.

Without the permission of BITLAB, users are not allowed to place or post instructions, notices or any promotional leaflets within the premises of BITLAB. If found, BITLAB reserves the right to remove it without prior notice.

The user must remove all belongings, including decoration, promotion and packaging items, before returning the venue. If the above items are found within the scope of BITLAB, BITLAB reserves the right to discard or temporarily store the items, and charge the user the necessary fees.

If users will invite the media to attend the event, they must notify BITLAB in writing at least 3 working days in advance and obtain permission.

If users want to build event scenery boards and other devices at the event venue, they need to apply to BITLAB in advance and get pre-approval.

If users need technical/event staff support, they need to submit the flow sheet at least 3 working days in advance for preparation.

Without the consent of BITLAB, it is not allowed to modify any facilities or devices of BITLAB. If there is any damage or loss of the items in the venue, the user must pay the relevant fees.

If you play music or videos in the venue, you are responsible for the relevant copyright issues.

Organizations must ensure that event users keep the venue clean and tidy and place their rubbish in the trash can.

CCTVs are installed in some parts of the venue for security monitoring purposes.

The user must always keep the escape exit unobstructed, and must not block the escape entrance or place items on the fire hoses. All losses in any form caused by actions that violate the Hong Kong emergency order shall be borne by the user.

Any high-risk activities, making loud noises, producing harmful or strong odor gases, interfering with the safety of other site users, destroying a comfortable working environment, and any illegal or unethical behavior are not allowed in the space.

Users and their visitors can photograph the environment of the co-working space, but it is not allowed to photograph other members or the work/work results of other members without the consent of the members concerned. It is the user's responsibility to explain the rules to visitors, to monitor and prevent possible violations of this policy.

All activities, business behaviors, property rights and financial matters of users in the cooperative space have nothing to do with BITLAB, and all legal or civil liabilities are borne by the users themselves.
