House Rules

1.Members have 24/7 access between Monday to Sunday.

2.For members that require assistance from Uno staff, our office hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00, Saturday 09:00 to 13:00.

3.Guests of our Members are to register at our reception before entering Uno.

4.Members and guests shall conduct themselves in a businesslike manner; the noise level, especially when making phone calls, shall be kept to a level so as not to interfere with or annoy others.

5.Members shall at the times keep their desk clean and shall not leave their belongings unattended. Uno shall not be responsible for Member’s personal properties.

6.All corridors and hallway, elevators and stairways shall not be obstructed or used for any purpose other than egress and ingress.

7.The electrical current shall be used for ordinary lighting, powering personal computers and small appliances only.

8.Members should treat the space with care and respect. Uno reserves the right to claim damage from members should damage be found.

9.Client shall bring no animals other than seeing-eye dogs in the company of blind persons into the Uno.

10.Clients shall not occupy or permit any portion of the space to be occupied or used for the manufacture, sale, gift or use of liquor, narcotics or tobacco in any forms.

11.Smoking is not allowed at Uno.

12.Internet service and any other service provided by Uno may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission or storage of any information, data, or material in violation of any local law is prohibited.

13.Permission is needed to grant for move in or move out of any electronic appliances, installations or furniture.

14.In the case of a software piracy report, the source cannot be members who loaded the pirated software onto the members’ computers and cannot have directed another members to load the pirated software onto the members’ computers.

15. In the case of a content piracy report, the source cannot be the members who illegally copied the content onto the members’ computers or the person who illegally distributed the pirated content using the UNO systems or network. Nor can the source be members who directed another members to illegally copy or distribute the content.
