All meeting room bookings require a confirmation from Deskimo to be deemed effective.

We will confirm booking directly with you, the user, within 24 hours of placement of your booking.
If no confirmation is sent, please assume that the meeting room has not been booked.
Book in advance to secure your preferred meeting room.
Cancellation policy
Bookings can only be cancelled with a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the start time.
If the booking is cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time-slot, no refund will be given.
Billing rate
Pay only for the time you use.
