No pets allowed
The office is to be used for commercial office use only. That means you can not operate a shop or a walk-in tyoe business from our center.
No overnight stay is permitted.
In consideration for the environment, please switch off lights and electrical devices when you leave your office, especially when you are away for an extended amount of time
Be mindful and quiet in the common area : corridor / lounge
Keep your mask on at all times for safety reason
We are not responsible for your property or the property that your visitors bring to the center. Please keep your belongings safe and consider the appropriate insurances.
We ask that you please respect the other members in the center. If your behavior is consistently incompatible with a professional office environment, we may ask you to leave or may terminate your lease agreement.
Our internet services are shared between all members. To ensure consistent performance, please refrain from excessive data usage.
No slippers, shorts and other inappropriate dressing in the centers. Health & Safety:
We are disinfecting common areas more frequently and are providing complimentary sanitization products in our office space.
Availability of hand sanitiser, sanitising wipes, alcohol sprays throughout the centers
Reduced touchpoints in the lounge and the offerings of single-use papercup, dairy products and condiments
