Cancellation policy
Kebijakan Pembatalan :
Klien tidak dapat melakukan pembatalan penuh dan meminta pengembalian pembayaran dengan alasan apapun, namun diperbolehkan untuk melakukan perubahan jadwal selambat-lambatnya 2 x 24 jam kerja (hari kerja normal) sebelum jadwal yang sudah dikonfirmasi sebelumnya
Perubahan jadwal hanya dapat dilakukan 1x dan berlaku maximal 3 bulan dari jadwal meeting sebelumnya
Cancellation Policy :
The client is not allowed to do cancellation and request a refund for any reasons, but allowed to make a schedule change not later than 2 x 24 hours (normal working hours) prior to the previous meeting scheduled that has been confirmed
Schedule change is allowed to be done 1x and valid for a maximum of 3 months from the previous meeting schedule
