General Restrictions
- Smoking is strictly prohibited at all times in the Premise and the Location. Please use the designated smoking areas only.
- No pets are allowed in the Location and or the Premise
- Please refrain from consuming foods that give off strong, pungent smells, e.g. durians
- To prevent electrical overloads, do not plug an excessive number of electrical devise into any single electrical outlet. If a fire breaks out as a result of your negligence, you will be held responsible and liable for all damages.
- There are other Users in the Premise. Let’s be considerate. Verbal or physical aggression is strictly not allowed.
Shared Operating, Common Areas, Pantry
- Pantry amenities are for the benefits of our Users. Feel free to help yourself to the pantry, water, and any other amenities (subjected to applicable charges.)
- Please do not leave your cargo or items unattended in the shared operating space for more than 1 hour. There are other Users who might want to use the shared areas. We reserve the right to move your unattended property if it is left unattended.
- Do not occupy any other spaces that are not within the allocated Hot Desks.
Facilities Usage
- The meeting rooms are on a booking basis and fees may apply. Please feel free to approach the Community team to facilitate booking and payment.
