- Calls and conversations are permitted in the hot desking area, but very loud or lengthy conversations should be made in the phone booths or on the terrace. Please be considerate of your fellow coworkers.
- Please clear your workspace of any used cups and utensils before you leave.
- Phone booths are limited to 45-minute sessions.
- Meeting rooms are chargeable and must be booked in advance via the Deskimo mobile app.

Cancellation policy
Bookings can only be cancelled with a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the start time.
