For all The Executive Centre event spaces, the event space is only available from 5pm onwards.
Additional charges for secretarial and aircon for after office hour events will apply.
Maximum capacity will be 50 people (seating + standing)
Space usage includes:
- Reception Greeting Service
- Usage of projector, screen & 1x microphone
- Coffee, tea & drinking water
- Wifi connection

Bookings can only be cancelled with a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the start time.
If the booking is cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time-slot, no refund will be given.
