Multipurpose Event Space

1. Advance Notice: A minimum of ten (10) working days advance notice is required. A minimum duration of 3 hours per reservation. 2. Payment: Full payment should be made in full at least ten (10) working days prior to the event. 3. Cancellation: All reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Dash Living reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the offers at any time without prior notice. 4. Set up: Once the reservation is confirmed, you may contact us to confirm the seating arrangements, TV or whiteboard requirements to ensure a smooth event for you and your team or guests. 5. Damage: Any damage caused to the venue or equipment during the event will be charged to the Licensee. Equipment may include but not limited to cutlery, plates, pots, pans, electronic items, TV, microphone, AV systems, furniture, soft furnishings, seating, tables, lighting, walls, flooring or any other property under the Licensor. 6. Cleaning: Licensee must clean all areas used and should return to the original state of cleanliness upon entering the event venue. Additional cleaning charges may be applied should the state of cleanliness upon Event End Time is not satisfactory. 7. End Time: The End Time is listed as above, for additional hours, there shall be additional charges of HKD$2,500 per hour. 8. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the venue and a HKD$3,000 will be charged upon each offence. 9. Noise: The Licensee is responsible for ensuring that the noise level does not disturb other floors of the building. 10. Liability: The Licensor is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings of the client or guests. 11. Indemnity: The Licensee indemnifies the Licensor against any claims arising from the event. 12. Keycards: Please return all keycards upon departure, damaging or losing keycard would be resulting in HKD$800 per pcs.
