You now have the option to reserve a desk at your favorite workspace by selecting the “Pre-book” option on the app! Simply press the “Pre-book” button on the Deskimo app below the “Map view” option on the top right and select the date.
The app will then show you all of the workspaces that are available to book on the chosen date. Note that weekends and public holidays have fewer available spaces.
Spaces can be booked from the list view or the map view before you continue with your day pass purchase.
Pre-booked desk bookings are not immediately processed. We must first contact the space to confirm your reservation. During working hours, you should have the confirmed reservation within minutes, but if you make a booking after operating hours or on the weekend, it can take a bit longer.
Once the workspace has processed your booking, you will be notified via email and on the app.
On the day of the booking, simply proceed as normal!
Scan your QR code at the entrance and your day pass will be activated. No need to worry about checking out as we will automatically check you out at the end of the day. You can maximize your time at the space and come and go as you please throughout the day.
